About me
I am a seasoned British businessman with a successful 40-year career in various industries. I had a reputation for developing individuals, leading teams, and driving organisational growth.
I am married with 30-something-year-old twins, whom I help through their careers and a 20-something-year-old daughter who knows everything.
As a qualified leadership coach, I leverage my extensive experience to help individuals and teams unlock their full potential and achieve excellence.
My coaching combines active listening, reflective questioning, and practical insights with personalised guidance. I aim to empower professionals to make a real impact in their careers and organisations.

No A-levels, didn't limit me
No place at university, and no idea what to do. I struggled to find a place in the world and a job that I could do, let alone wanted to do.
I wish I had had access to a coach. Instead, I had access to a grumpy careers advisor who said I was good for very little and that maybe I should be a driving instructor. I ignored his advice, and the roads were safer for it.

I started at the bottom...
...taking orders, running around in circles with undeniable enthusiasm. If you do nothing else, smile and look confident, another of my Mum’s finer tips. I rose through the ranks to run multi-million-pound companies. I learned to surround myself with people better than me and give them room to grow.

I also learnt to stay positive no matter what
At the age of 39, I had a light bulb moment and decided to work for myself. I have owned, run, and sold several companies, some great, some okay, and some I was happy to exit! I built great teams from good people. I’ve been told I have great instincts for people. I think that’s true, and those instincts have served me well. This real-world experience helps me to support my clients.
